About Me

MY HISTORY...

I'm a Personal Trainer with a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Education.


I have always loved sports and I started weight training when I was 16 years old, combining it with soccer in the best leagues in Spain. Unfortunately I had to stop playing soccer due to an injury, so since then my dedication for fitness increased more until the moment when this became my profession and my passion discovering my purpose life: to help as many people as possible to improve their physical and mental health through a healthy lifestyle.


I have been training consistently for over eight years learning how to achieve results in the most effective way and trying different kinds of methods and techniques during the journey searching for the best results. 


I worked with more than 400 hundred clients over the course of my career and all this experience with myself and my clients has offered me the capacity to create a successful method based on the customization.


 I was training full time as a personal trainer in Metropolitan Iradier (one of the best gym’s in Spain) and I realized that what mens really need to succeed is much more than a personal trainer session once or twice per week. I believe in the power of personalized fitness programs and the success of daily habits tracking different variables apart from the training program and the nutrition plan.


Your daily actions determine who you are and this is the only thing that we can make sure to complete every single day of our lives. It’s under our control. We are the sculture and at the same time the sculptors of our own bodies. But the first thing we need to have, is a high commitment with ourselves.
